The legendary tale of Lord Hanumans special bond with his mother Anjani as a child and his phenomenal help to Lord Ram in ending the demon king Ravans reign of terror.
Lord Vishnu decides to take a human form to put an end to Ravan's life. To help him, Lord Brahma miraculously plants Hanuman, Lord Shiv's eleventh form, in Anjani's womb.
Sage Matang feels Hanuman's supernatural powers. Indra attacks Kesari and Anjani. He asks Bali to stop Hanuman's birth by any means. Anjani vows to make a follower of Lord Shiv before Tara and Ruma.
Jamwant senses a threat to Hanuman. Bali takes poison from Ravan's physician and adds it to Anjani's food. She consumes it and the poison reaches Lord Shiv. Later, she gives birth to Hanuman.
A puja is organised on Maruti's fifth birthday, but he refers to Anjani as a goddess. Tara sees Bali upset with Maruti in a dream. Maruti crosses the border of his kingdom and goes to the other side.
In a forest, a demon Teevrakarna attacks Maruti and his friends. Anjani gets restless in the castle. Jamwant sees Maruti defeating Teevrakarna with his unusual strength.
Maruti feeds Shiv's devotees cattle fruits and holy offerings. Lord Brahma talks to Jamwant about Maruti's birth. Jamwant sees Maruti's interest in mace and tells him about Lord Vishnu's mace.
After hearing about Lord Vishnu from Jamwant, Maruti first worships Lord Chandra and then Goddess Bhudevi. Chandra is unable to bear his chanting while Bhudevi feels glad to see his devotion.
Sage Matang tells Maruti about a devotee Dhruv and asks him to follow the latter. Anjani allows Maruti to go out. He goes to a forest to find his God. A demon gets salvation when it touches Maruti.
Shiv tells Parvati about Anjani's past life. Parvati and Shiv, disguised as Anjani and a sage, meet Maruti. Sage Durvasa wishes to meet Maruti. Later, Maruti faces Sujaan and Suketu.
Maruti provides Sujaan and Suketu salvation and passes Shiv's test. Shiv enjoys Maruti's 'laddoo' and the world gets slower. Sage Durvasa gets upset with Anjani when Maruti keeps him waiting.
