Vishnu Joins Rudran
The safety of the 'nagamanikyam' is entrusted to the Nagaraja of the Vasuki clan. Bhairavan asks Rudran to retrieve the 'nagamanikyam, without fear. Vishnu joins Rudran on his trip to Thakshakavanam.
Nagarani Alerts Ananya
Vishnu returns the ‘nagamanikyam' to Nagaraja when he finds it on the ground. Vishnu’s mother tells Hema about the dangers lurking in the jungle. Nagarani alerts Ananya about how bad the world is.
Nagaraja Tries to Stop Rudran
Rudran seeks the occultist’s help to find the ‘nagamanikyam’. Nagaraja tries to stop Rudran from taking the ‘nagamanikyam' and warns him. Ananya asks Nagarani to rescue Nagaraja.
Nagaraja Gives Vishnu a Task
Vishnu comes across an injured Nagaraja, who entrusts him with the safety of the ‘nagamanikyam’. He prevents Nagaraja from being burnt. Rudran tries to kill Nagarani.
Nagarani Passes Away
An injured Nagarani sows seeds of revenge in Ananya's mind and passes away. Raakkai warns Vishnu and asks him to leave the jungle. Vishakha advises Ananya against avenging her parents' death.
Ananya’s Vow
Rudran’s mother scolds him for going to Thakshakavanam despite her warning against it. Ananya vows to Lord Shiva to avenge her parents’ death. Bhairavan reaches Vishnu’s house to perform a puja.
Bhairavan Alerts Rudran
Ananya ignores Vishakha’s plea to stay and leaves for Vishnu’s house. The amulet on Rudran prevents Ananya from going near his house. Bhairavan alerts Rudran about Nagakanyaka’s presence near him.
Vishnu Uses the ‘Nagamanikyam'
Bhairavan warns Rudran about Nagakanyaka’s vengeance. Vishnu decides to save his son, who is critical, with the help of the ‘nagamanikyam’. Everyone shudders when Karnan tells them about the snake.
Vishnu Retrieves ‘Nagamanikya Manthram’
Vishnu retrieves the book ‘Nagamanikya Manthram’. He apologises to Nagaraja from the bottom of his heart and promises to bring him back to life after 12 years when ‘nagamanikyam’ regains its power.
Rudran’s Mother Slaps Him
Rudran prepares his family to leave the house for 12 years. His mother slaps him when he confesses to killing Nagaraja. Vishnu tells Nagaraja that he is leaving but will return to resurrect him.
