The manager of Nishedhpur’s haunted house asks the caretaker Balram for the key to room no 3. Arjun and his wife Koyal come to the house for a stay. He insists on staying in room no 3, scaring Balram.
Arjun stops at room no 3 despite Balram’s hesitance. Koyal has a weird feeling. Arjun’s mother sees a nightmare. The manager, with Balram, goes to room no 3 and is shocked to see the sight there.
The manager revives Arjun and Koyal. Balram tells them the story of the owner of the mansion and his servants Mango and Savitri. Mango gets furious with Savitri for accepting gifts from the judge.
The judge comes close to Savitri, but Mango sees them. Mango beats Savitri and threatens to tell everyone the truth. Savitri reasons with him. Arjun and Koyal decide to stay there for a few more days.
Mango’s spirit attacks Koyal. Balram tells everyone how Mango told the judge to stay away from Savitri. Later, the judge and Savitri plan to implicate Mango under the charge of robbery.
The Judge makes his goons beat up Mango. Koyal and Arjun tell Balram to accompany them. The judge gets Mango implicated in a false case and puts him in jail. Savitri requests the judge to save Mango.
Mango gets the death sentence, but the judge is killed mysteriously. Koyal sees that Savitri is alive and Balram is her child. Savitri comes out of her room and Mango’s spirit takes her away.
Partho’s spirit haunts Ranja, who is a school teacher. The other teachers from the school start doubting Ranja over her behaviour. The principal asks Ranja for the truth.
Ranja tells the principal about her first meeting with Partho. Partho’s spirit tortures the principal as well. Later, Ranja tells the principal about the reason Partho had committed suicide.
Ranja tells Partho’s parents that she is marrying wilfully. Partho comes to meet Ranja and commits suicide, feeling hurt over her words. Partho scares Ranja and the principal.
