Amarendra’s family leaves Bhagamati alone in the house and sets out to perform Arundhati’s final rites. Amarendra invites Bhagamati to it, but she refuses to come. Bhagamati sees Arundhati’s spirit.
Arundhati’s spirit confuses Bhagamati as she questions her. Amarendra’s family realises that they have forgotten Arundhati’s photo for the puja. Rathod suggests asking Bhagamati to bring it.
Rathod calls Bhagamati and asks her to bring the bag that has Arundhati’s photo in it. Arundhati’s spirit grows tense assuming that Bhagamati has seen her photo. Amarendra proceeds with the ritual.
Arundhati’s spirit realises that Bhagamati does not know the truth about her. She gets emotional as Amarendra and the kids perform her post-death rituals. Rathod goes to bring Bhagamati.
Arundhati's spirit reveals to Bhagamati that Amarendra is the lieutenant she is working for, leaving her panic-stricken. Later, Arundhati is shocked to learn Manohari's true intentions.
Arundhati’s spirit breaks down after realising Manohari’s evil plans. Chitragupta asks her to come with him to the afterlife. Rathod asks Bhagamati to return to Amarendra’s house as she has the keys.
While requesting Chitragupta to let her stay, Arundhati’s spirit steals his magic ring. Bhagamati tries to hide from Amarendra, but he recognises her voice and becomes serious on seeing her.
Amarendra orders Rathod to fire Bhagamati. Chitragupta is shocked to realise that Arundhati’s spirit stole his ring. Rathod and Arundhati’s spirit learn about Bhagamati’s dispute with Amarendra.
Arundhati’s spirit recalls her memories with Manohari and feels bad. Bhagamati bids goodbye to the kids before leaving Amarendra’s house. Arundhati’s spirit comes up with an idea to stop Bhagamati.
Arundhati’s spirit gets shocked as Rathod and Bhagamati can see Chitragupta. She then encourages Bhagamati to do as she says to get her job back. Bhagamati then questions Amarendra.
