Episode 31 to 40

Nithya gently reasons with Shanthi when she urges Nidhi to make a promise about marriage. Later, Nidhi and Shanthi visit Karna’s house, where Nidhi daydreams as he gives her a house tour.

Nithya is left hurt by Tejas’s mother’s harsh words. Elsewhere, Nidhi is stunned when Nayanatara introduces a suitor. Offended by his remarks, she boldly lays down her terms, leaving him fuming.

Karna stops the suitor from striking Nidhi over her conditions. Nayanatara fumes as Karna defends Nidhi against Ramesh. Later, Nitya confronts Shanthi with sharp questions about her actions.

Karna admires Nidhi’s gift and is stunned when she sneaks into his room. He scrambles to hide her as Mahalakshmi-Sumathi drop by. Nithya panics over Nidhi’s disappearance and keeps it from Shanthi.

Nidhi comes up with a plan to scare Sumathi. On the way home, Karna treats Nidhi to ice cream, and the vendor mistakes them for a couple. Later, Nithya feels hopeful about Nidhi’s future.

As Karna drops Nidhi home, Nithya tries to catch a glimpse of Nidhi’s lover. On his way back home, Karna sees Nidhi’s reflection in everyone he meets, and later his behaviour puzzles his family.

Mahalakshmi warns Ramesh not to interfere with Karna’s marriage alliance. Nidhi unknowingly leads the suitress' family to Karna’s home, then secretly sneaks in to watch his meeting with the suitress.

Nidhi is heartbroken as Karna agrees to the marriage proposal. Meanwhile, Ramesh exposes the truth about Karna’s birth to the bride’s parents. Karna erupts in anger when Ramesh insults his mother.

Karna lashes out at Ramesh and stuns him by declaring his intent to find his birth mother. Mahalakshmi silences Ramesh with harsh truths before throwing him out of the house and Sajnay follows Ramesh.

Nidhi speaks to Karna about a mother’s love, offering him comfort in a moment of emotion. Sanjay informs Karna of the punishment Mahalakshmi gave Ramesh, who later apologises to Karna.
